Homeless population increasing?
Pinellas County's reported homeless population has increased by 11 percent over 2004. It could be more thorough counting or it could be tough economic times, lack of affordable housing and minimum-wage jobs that can't always meet family expenses. Read the St. Petersburg Times article here.
