Homeless uprooted in Tampa
The St. Petersburg Times reports on the closing of a downtown Tampa park, displacing homeless people who used to spread out cardboard and sleep undisturbed beneath sprays of palm fronds.The park was closed to make room for the construction of a condominium high-rise which will include $695,000 units.
