Some rare good news from the Florida Legislature
The conference committee on Senate Bill 1718, the court funding bill, just agreed on the bill -- and it includes the restoration of filing fee waivers for indigents. (Yay!)I'm told that only the Governor could derail things now and there is no indication that there are any problems.
