Why is the Florida Department of Transportation paying to be a sponsor of the Orlando Magic playoff games?I'm a huge Magic fan and I'm thrilled that they're in the playoffs, but every day there's another report about essential services being cut because Florida's budget is so tight. Today's story is about proposed cuts to a highly touted program for those with mental illness and substance-abuse problems in Orange County.
So how is it that FDOT has money to spend on seat-belt ads at Magic games?
