Gov. Scott to appeal order barring
drug-testing for welfare recipients
Gov. Rick Scott announced Thursday that the state was appealing a preliminary injunction that stopped the drug testing of welfare applicants."It's disappointing – but not surprising -- that the governor has instructed his attorneys to continue defending the indefensible," said ACLU Executive Director Howard Simon.
