One paycheck away
We all hear the phrase "one paycheck away ..." and nod our heads solemnly. But you really don't believe it, do you? You really don't believe that you could end up homeless; that kind of thing only happens to other people. You're certainly not a domestic dispute, a lay-off, a corporate down-sizing, a divorce or a stock-market correction away from homelessness. This can't work as a matter of fact, that is exactly what I believe.
