The humor was lost
Someone in Hollywood thought it would be funny for the new spoofDate Movie to depict a young couple on a romantic date exhibiting their impulsive wackiness by beating and robbing a homeless man.
But in a region where four homeless men have been beaten this year -- one fatally -- the scene sparked homeless citizens and advocates in Broward County to picket the movie.
