Bradenton passes law aimed at homeless
Hailed as a move that would "look out for the taxpayers," Bradenton officials unanimously passed a no-lodging ordinance that outlaws camping and sleeping in public or private areas without permission.The ordinance is modeled after one in Sarasota twice ruled unconstitutional and currently on appeal again.
